HEICO's Stuttgart success

The HEICO Group can look back positively on this year's Fastener Fair in Stuttgart. Intensive conversations with existing customers and new interested parties resulted in clearly positive feedback with regard to the new products of the HEICO-TEC® product family. This was only confirmed by the generally very good response at the trade fair stand. With the new HEICO-TEC® Reaction Nut and the new HEICO-TEC® Multi-Tool, the product range has now been comprehensively expanded and summarised under the term HEICO-TEC® Tensioning Systems.

The HEICO-TEC® Reaction Nut acts as a reactive counterpart to the actively pre-tensioned HEICO-TEC® Tension Nut. Due to its concave contact surface, it can flex elastically in direction of the screw axis. The higher elasticity ensures an even load distribution in the bolt thread, which significantly increases the service life of the bolted connection.

The HEICO-TEC® Multi-Tool is the latest member of the HEICO-TEC® product family. It is specially designed for series application of HEICO-TEC® Tension Nuts, as all pressure bolts can be tightened simultaneously simply by the push of a button and without any additional force. A manual check with a torque wrench is not necessary. Thanks to spring-loaded sockets, the HEICO-TEC® Multi-Tool can also be attached effortlessly. This ensures that HEICO-TEC® Tension Nuts can be installed in a considerably time-saving and force-saving manner.

In general, the employees of the HEICO Group were delighted with the high level of international participation and presence at the trade fair, which reflects the great importance of the trade fair at this level. For HEICO, the Fastener Fair continues to be the ideal platform for exchanging information with international partners and customers and for establishing new contacts due to its high profile and internationality.
