Our HEICO-FORM cold forged parts are mainly manufactured for the automotive industry. All procedures and processes at HEICO are subject to the highest quality standards; from product development to production, further processing and also testing in our in-house laboratory. To this end, we are certified in accordance with the globally recognised IATF 16949 quality standard.

HEICO-FORM ball studs are used in various vehicle applications. They can be manufactured with different part geometries that are used for riveting, welding or screwing. This group of parts can be machined on our multi-stage presses or finished using segment tools. We can cater for your individual requirements, offer special machining processes such as inductive hardening of the ball or thread locking, or manufacture customised parts to your specifications.
